About the role

The Guest Arrival Expert (Bellman) creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Bahrain. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring every interaction feels personal and seamless.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide local area information.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete daily reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while delivering hands‑on service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience, license, or certification required.
