Guest Service Agent – Russian Speaker

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests at Hawar Resort by Mantis. You will welcome visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and ensure each stay is memorable through personalized, professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a polished appearance and uniform at all times.
• Handle guest arrivals, departures, and farewells efficiently and courteously.
• Provide accurate information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints with empathy.
• Process payments, deposits, and billing transactions following cash‑handling procedures.
• Use Opera or a similar Property Management System to manage reservations and guest profiles.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and emergency protocols.
• Participate in briefings, training sessions, and team meetings.

Required profile

• Professional demeanor with strong grooming standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
• Customer‑focused attitude and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Team player who collaborates effectively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS or a comparable property management system.
