Health & Safety Digitalization Intern (NextGen Talent 2026)

About the role

As a Health & Safety Digitalization Intern you will join Lesaffre Egypt’s NextGen Talent Internship Program 2026 to help modernise the company’s HSE systems. Working closely with the HSE and operational teams, you will assist in turning paper‑based processes into digital tools and dashboards, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the digitalisation of HSE systems and documentation
• Assist in organising and structuring operational data
• Support checklist and auditing tool enhancement initiatives
• Participate in system improvement and digital transformation projects
• Collaborate with HSE and operational teams
• Support reporting and dashboard activities

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year university student
• Background in Computer Science, Data Analysis, or Artificial Intelligence
• Interest in digital transformation and process improvement
• Strong analytical mindset
• Good communication and teamwork skills
