Healthcare Specialist

About the role

The Healthcare Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position in Riffa, supporting health‑related aspects of projects across Prime Project Solutions’ key areas.

Key responsibilities

• Assess healthcare needs within project scopes and provide medical input to project plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure health and safety measures are in place.
• Deliver or support EMT and healthcare training for staff and partners.
• Develop basic medical protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Monitor compliance with health regulations and prepare documentation on health outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong EMT and emergency response skills with pre‑hospital or urgent care experience.
• Solid foundation in medicine and general healthcare practices for community or field settings.
• Effective communication ability to explain medical concepts to non‑medical stakeholders.
• Experience designing and delivering healthcare or EMT training sessions.
• Relevant certification or licensure (e.g., EMT, nursing, allied health) preferred.
