Heavy Driver – Airfreight Operations

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Heavy Driver to support our air export and clearance team. You will be responsible for delivering aircraft parts, ship spares and other cargo to customers, ensuring all paperwork and payments are handled correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide backup and support to the air export and clearance team.
• Arrange and execute delivery of aircraft, ship spares and other cargo as required.
• Collect cargo delivery notes with date, time, consignee name and signature, and hand them to clearing agents daily.
• Collect payments upon delivery according to instructions.
• Inspect cargo before delivery and report any damages or discrepancies to the export cargo manager.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduate.
• 3‑5 years of driving experience, preferably with air‑freight shipments.
• Experience handling shipments at Bahrain Airport Services.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Customer‑service attitude and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
