Hospitality Manager or Assistant – Guest Services Lead

About the role

We are looking for service‑oriented, organized and professional individuals to join our team as a Hospitality Manager or Hospitality Assistant. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality guest experiences while coordinating day‑to‑day hospitality operations, service activities and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospitality operations, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery (Manager).
• Coordinate guest services, front‑office activities, hospitality programs and operational requirements.
• Maintain high standards for guest satisfaction, service quality, presentation and professionalism.
• Handle guest feedback, special requests, complaints and service‑related issues.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, service guidelines and hospitality standards.
• Schedule staff, assign daily duties and manage service coverage.
• Monitor supplies, equipment and facilities needed for hospitality operations.
• Support events, conferences, meetings and special guest arrangements.
• Welcome guests, respond promptly to inquiries and assist with reservations, check‑ins and guest arrangements (Assistant).
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, reception, events, maintenance and other operational teams.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules and operational documentation.

• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with guests, vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and work under pressure.
