About the role
Joining the heart and soul of our hotel team, the Housekeeping Department carries out allocated general cleaning duties, aiming to achieve high standards of cleanliness and presentation for rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness standards for the hotel's public areas and guest rooms.
- Thoroughly clean all sections of guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression.
- Re‑stock and maintain housekeeping inventory levels, such as linen, cleaning supplies, tea, and coffee.
- Provide friendly, approachable, and professional service to guests.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to support a flawless guest experience.
Required profile
- Previous housekeeping experience in a busy commercial environment or hotel is preferred.
- High cleaning standards and strong attention to detail.
- Motivation to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive hotel team.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster.
