Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant joins the Guest Environment team at The Ritz‑Carlton Bahrain, delivering the brand’s Gold Standards of service. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest experience is memorable and unique.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas to Ritz‑Carlton standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, stock carts, and replenish supplies.
• Move throughout the hotel to perform duties, ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Commitment to a safe work environment and strict compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold high quality standards.
• Professional demeanor, including appropriate uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
• Physical stamina to be on feet for extended periods and handle manual tasks.
