Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Hilton, you will lead a team that ensures every guest experiences a clean, welcoming environment. Your daily focus will be on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, coordinating maintenance, and delivering exceptional service to all guests, including VIPs.

Key responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot‑check occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage, and corridors.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues and facility concerns promptly.
• Plan and oversee deep‑cleaning projects and special housekeeping initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
• Address guest requests, including VIP and special accommodations, to ensure a memorable stay.
