Housekeeping Team Leader – Luxury Resort

About the role

Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee daily housekeeping operations at its luxury beachfront resort. You will lead a team of room attendants, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities and motivate the team to meet service standards.
• Brief room attendants on assignments, priorities, and shift objectives.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies, coordinating with vendors to ensure adequate stock.
• Promote a positive, professional work environment through integrity and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience, preferably with an international luxury hospitality brand.
• Good knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Experience working in an international setting with an understanding of cultural differences.
