HR Lead / General Manager / Office Manager

About the role

Invest RS is seeking an experienced HR Lead to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions for a fully remote, distributed workforce. You will shape HR strategy, drive policy development, and ensure compliance while fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives and legal requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding.
• Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices and support employee relations, conflict resolution, and inclusive culture initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data, and coordinate benefits and payroll inputs with relevant teams.
• Analyze HR metrics and produce data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead HR initiatives that boost employee engagement, professional development, and talent growth.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with overall business goals.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources with experience overseeing broad HR functions.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that ensure legal compliance.
• Experience in HR development, training, coaching, and talent growth.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and fostering an inclusive work environment.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and remote‑work compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
• Prior leadership experience in a small‑to‑mid‑size organization is highly beneficial.

Required skills
