HR Manager – EPC & MEP Contractor

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for its EPC and MEP projects across Bahrain and the GCC. You will work in a fast‑growing environment that values technical excellence, safety and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Human Resources function across the organization.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, performance management and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and internal policies.
• Support manpower planning and staffing for industrial projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in industrial contracting, manufacturing or heavy engineering.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, quality and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work across Bahrain and other GCC locations as required.
• Availability to join within 30 days’ notice (earlier preferred).

Required skills

• Good knowledge of HR systems.
• Familiarity with Bahrain Labour Law.
