HR Specialist – On-site in Manama

About the role

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our team in Manama on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role will support AIA HOLDING’s commitment to delivering innovative consulting services by ensuring effective human‑resources operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations and ensure compliance with Bahrain labour regulations.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee benefits programmes and payroll coordination.
• Handle personnel administration, including onboarding, record‑keeping and contract management.
• Support employee relations and address workplace issues.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning.
• Promote a positive organisational culture and drive operational efficiency within the HR department.

Required profile

• Professional experience in human‑resources functions.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage benefits, payroll and employee documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on compliance and employee satisfaction.
