Human Resources Specialist – On-site in Manama

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will join BREMER’s Manama office to manage core HR functions, support strategic projects and ensure compliance with local and regional labour regulations. This full‑time, on‑site position plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture within a boutique law firm operating across the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Administer employee benefits programmes and oversee personnel management processes.
• Support HR management projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Bahraini and regional labour laws.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align HR operations with business requirements.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Proficiency in HR management, HR policies and employee benefits administration.
• Familiarity with local and regional labour legislation and best HR practices.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate or legal environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
