Investment Director – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Director to lead research and manage the end‑to‑end investment process for a Dubai‑based firm with a global, diversified portfolio. The role is fully remote and offers high autonomy to combine deep market knowledge with operational rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due‑diligence on investment opportunities across strategies and geographies, evaluating performance, risk metrics and team capabilities.
• Maintain regular contact with managers to monitor strategy evolution and performance attribution.
• Coordinate the full due‑diligence lifecycle, manage trackers and produce comprehensive investment memoranda for senior leadership.
• Conduct macroeconomic and market analysis, monitor central bank policies and geopolitical developments, and develop scenario analyses to inform portfolio positioning.
• Distill actionable insights into periodic briefs for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in investment management, research, portfolio management or institutional allocation.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics or a related quantitative field.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and complex instruments.
• Exceptional research, written communication and project coordination skills.

Required skills

• Python programming for investment analysis and portfolio management.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and other industry‑standard investment tools.
