IT Manager – Oversee IT Operations in Manama

About the role

Talentailor is seeking an IT Manager to lead its IT operations in Manama, Bahrain. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology services that support the business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations and service delivery.
• Manage and maintain the technology infrastructure, including servers, networks and hardware.
• Support business systems and applications to meet user needs.
• Ensure IT services are secure, reliable and aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead and coordinate technical teams, fostering effective problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Relevant IT management experience (minimum 1 year).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Proven experience managing IT operations and technical teams.
• Good understanding of IT security and technology management.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
