About the role
The IT Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day IT operations for The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa in Manama, ensuring smooth technical support for hotel staff and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations, resolve technical issues promptly, and support hotel staff.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement and maintain hardware, software, networks and telecommunications.
- Monitor system performance, security and backups to protect data integrity.
- Provide training on IT procedures, applications and security best practices.
- Manage IT inventory, software licences and coordinate with external vendors.
Required profile
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with proactive problem‑solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear user support.
- Leadership ability to foster a positive work environment.
- Adaptability under pressure and ability to handle multiple priorities.
