About the role
We are looking for an on‑site IT Support Engineer to join Global Vibe Technologies in Riffa, Bahrain. The role involves delivering prompt technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their hardware and software environments run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site support to clients, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Deliver desktop support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations.
- Perform network troubleshooting and basic networking tasks.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
- Assist day‑to‑day IT operations and ensure timely resolution of technical incidents.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or desktop support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with clients and technical teams.
- Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
