IT Support Engineer

About the role

Boxon is looking for a full‑time IT Support Engineer to work onsite for a client, providing first‑line technical assistance to roughly 200 end‑users. The role involves handling hardware, software, networking and peripheral issues with a focus on rapid response and same‑day resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Support PCs, laptops, printers, plotters, scanners and other network devices for 200+ users.
• Perform preventive maintenance, set up new equipment, and manage hardware inventory.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 workstations.
• Administer Office 365, Azure AD and Intune, and support in‑house applications.
• Configure user PCs, Wi‑Fi connectivity and resolve TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN issues.
• Maintain telephone and VOIP systems.
• Participate in ongoing IT projects, produce documentation and reports, and track issue resolution.

Required profile

• Hold a bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Experience providing desktop and network support in a medium‑size environment.
