About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Officer to ensure our technology systems run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end‑users, and maintaining reliable IT operations within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
