About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to deliver first‑line technical assistance to our users. Working remotely, you will help maintain smooth operation of hardware, software and network services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line support via ticketing system, email, chat and phone.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system and network issues.
  • Assist users with account setup, access management and password resets.
  • Install, configure and maintain operating systems and business applications.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other collaboration tools.
  • Monitor and resolve service requests within defined SLAs and escalate complex cases.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge‑base articles and user guides.
  • Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding IT setup for employees.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi‑Fi, VPN, connectivity).

Required profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help‑desk or technical support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and common business applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and remote support tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, VPN and LAN/WAN.
  • Good communication skills in English and a customer‑focused mindset.
