About the role
Zayani Motors is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Job Controller – Automotive to join its dynamic team. The role oversees daily workshop operations to ensure high‑quality, timely, and profitable vehicle repairs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage workshop flow, bay utilization, labor efficiency and overall profitability.
- Analyze and document repeat repairs to eliminate recurring issues.
- Conduct road tests and quality diagnosis checks before vehicle delivery.
- Lead, coach, motivate and direct workshop staff to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO, DOS compliance and internal audit standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or related certificate in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years experience in a similar automotive role.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.
