Junior Business Development – Post‑Sales

About the role

This junior business development position focuses on post‑sales activities such as renewing and upselling existing customers, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role works closely with sales, technical, and partner teams to deliver value and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive revenue and renewals.
• Identify and prioritize accounts based on issues, growth potential, strategic value and renewal timelines.
• Keep an accurate, up‑to‑date database of client information and business‑development documentation.
• Coordinate with the customer‑success team to monitor client health and satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, overseeing order fulfillment.
• Assist with vendor registration, RFP/RFQ submissions and contract negotiations during renewals.
• Collaborate with technical, sales and other internal stakeholders to address client needs.
• Track client engagement across technology platforms and provide regular status updates to management.
• Maintain partner documentation, including agreements and NDAs, and support partner‑related opportunities.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to quickly understand the company’s sales process and roadmap.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Good administrative, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• 1‑2 years of experience in IT & security sales (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or a related field.
