Junior Communications Specialist

About the role
The Junior Communications Specialist will support routine communications and tasks across assigned accounts. Working closely with the team, you will help execute communication plans, ensure alignment with TRACCS standards, and meet project deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for communications activities and assigned accounts.
- Execute communication plans and programs in line with company standards.
- Coordinate with support team members to ensure successful task completion.
- Assist the team with tactical activities and deliverables while tracking deadlines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Any prior work experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks promptly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and research abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
