Junior Product Designer – Fragrance & Packaging

About the role

Junaid Perfumes is seeking a Junior Product Designer to support the creation of fragrance‑related products and packaging. This full‑time, on‑site position will work closely with senior designers, marketing, and production teams to turn brand concepts into visually compelling designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design gift boxes, presentation sets, and luxury packaging for perfume, oil, bakhoor, and mini sets.
• Create designs for mubakhar (incense burners) in traditional, modern, and electric formats, from sketch to prototype.
• Develop reed diffuser collections, including bottle shape, caps, reeds, labels, and outer packaging.
• Produce seasonal collections for Ramadan, Eid, National Days, Mother’s Day, weddings, and corporate gifting.
• Generate technical drawings, dielines, 3D renders, and specifications for suppliers.
• Maintain cost targets by collaborating with Purchasing on MOQ, lead time, and landed cost.
• Track market trends and benchmark competitors.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain from design brief to store launch.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in product, industrial, or packaging design, preferably in fragrance, home fragrance, luxury, or gifting.
• Portfolio showcasing packaging and 3D product work such as gift boxes, burners, bottles, or home décor.
• Understanding of GCC gifting culture and Arabian fragrance traditions.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.
