Key Business Accounts Manager

About the role

Join stc Bahrain’s Business team as a Key Business Accounts Manager and help drive the company’s financial targets by securing contracts with corporate customers across Bahrain. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of key accounts while protecting the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate customers in line with market segmentation and business objectives.
• Collaborate with wholesale and technology departments to offer a comprehensive portfolio of ICT solutions.
• Retain and grow existing named accounts, delivering a world‑class customer experience.
• Sell the full range of stc Bahrain products and services, including complex solutions.
• Monitor contract financial performance, focusing on revenue, payments, and bad‑debt management.
• Develop customer loyalty and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in ICT solutions sales.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
