Kids Club Attendant

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant will lead the Kids For All Seasons (KFAS) program at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, creating a safe, engaging and memorable environment for young guests. Working on‑site, you will interact with children and their families, ensuring high‑quality service that reflects Four Seasons standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the KFAS facility each day, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of equipment and toys.
• Adapt daily plans to changes in schedule, weather or guest numbers, providing backup activities as needed.
• Welcome guests, answer questions about the hotel and spa, and give orientations of the KFAS and Recreation areas.
• Uphold corporate core standards and hygiene protocols throughout programming.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and special situations, keeping management informed of actions taken.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests and maintain accurate records of transactions and payments.
• Supervise on‑floor operations and assist fellow staff during shifts.
• Respond appropriately to hotel emergencies or safety incidents.
• Participate in all departmental training and continuously develop relevant skills.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with children in a hotel, childcare, education, recreation or related setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to adjust to schedule changes, weather conditions and varying guest volumes.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and respond to emergencies.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a genuine interest in children’s wellbeing.
