About the role
Join Hilton’s hotel team to keep facilities safe, functional, and welcoming, delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain hotel facilities, ensuring physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑house areas.
- Respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders.
- Perform repairs, installations, and monitoring of electrical and mechanical equipment, handling emergencies as needed.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, document activities, and flag issues for further attention.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
Required skills
- Electrical equipment maintenance (repair, install, monitor).
- Preventive maintenance inspections and documentation.
