Lead Engineer - CCTV & Telecom

About the role

The Lead Engineer – CCTV & Telecom is responsible for the CCTV and telecom solutions business serving processing industries. This senior position leads the design, implementation and delivery of system architectures within manufacturing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement CCTV and telecom system architecture for manufacturing sites.
• Create Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and Bills of Material during project execution.
• Write network specifications, design approaches and related documentation for project implementation.
• Support the multinational engineering team and collaborate with project managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the CCTV/Telecom industry, including at least 2 years leading projects.
• Experience with Access Control, PAGA and Anti‑Intrusion systems, preferably in Oil & Gas projects.
• Understanding of oil & gas production, refineries or chemical plants and IT security concepts.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and able to manage a team of engineers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
