About the role
We are looking for a Lifestyle Bartender who will create memorable, unique experiences for our guests. The role goes beyond mixing drinks – you will act as a host, stay ahead of trends, and ensure the bar operates flawlessly while delivering exceptional guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and serve innovative beverage offerings while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Build relationships with hotel teams and the local community to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional bar environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting items up to 25 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant bartending or beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Manama, Bahrain.
