About the role
As a Lifestyle Bartender you will create memorable, unique beverage experiences for guests while acting as the host of the bar space. The role goes beyond mixing drinks, encompassing guest service, trend awareness, and collaboration with hotel teams and the local community.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver innovative drink menus by staying current with trends and micro‑local offerings.
- Provide attentive, personalized service throughout the hotel, not just at the bar.
- Maintain a flawless, well‑organized bar environment and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Build relationships with colleagues and community partners to anticipate and meet guest needs.
- Uphold safety standards, company policies, confidentiality, and professional appearance at all times.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 25 lb.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant bar or beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
