Loyalty Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Loyalty Program Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our customer loyalty and rewards programs. You will design engaging initiatives, analyze behavior, and collaborate across marketing, product, and customer success to boost retention and lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute loyalty strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Design, launch, and continuously improve loyalty and rewards programs across digital and physical channels.
• Create personalized offers, promotions, and engagement campaigns to increase retention.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, product, sales, analytics, and customer success teams.
• Analyze customer behavior, redemption trends, and program performance.
• Develop segmentation strategies to deliver tailored loyalty experiences.
• Monitor KPIs such as LTV, retention, churn, redemption rate, and participation.
• Manage loyalty platform operations, budgets, vendors, and technology integrations.
• Conduct A/B testing and iterate to improve program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations and program governance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, gamification, and AI‑powered personalization.
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or rewards program management.
• Proven track record designing and managing successful loyalty programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and project‑management abilities.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Customer‑first mindset with strategic thinking.
