Luxury Watch Boutique Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Luxury Watch Boutique Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a premium watch boutique. The role combines sales leadership, high‑value inventory management, and personalized client service to drive revenue and uphold the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all boutique operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and security.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates to meet individual and store‑wide sales targets.
• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, monitoring conversion rates, average transaction value, and overall revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clients, collectors, and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Manage private consultations, high‑value negotiations, and provide expert advice on watch collections, complications, and brand heritage.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new product releases.
• Support product launches, exclusive events, trunk shows, and VIP client activities.
• Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with grooming and brand standards.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of boutique staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in high‑end watches or accessories.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, especially with VIP and high‑net‑worth customers.
• Deep knowledge of watchmaking, collections, and luxury brand storytelling.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
