About the role
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in Manama. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach maintenance technicians.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance and record data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve major breakdowns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the Gulf region.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
