Manager - Accounts and Finance

About the role

The Manager – Accounts and Finance will partner with the Business Head and Senior Finance Manager to lead the annual business planning and budgeting process for the brand. The role ensures that budget targets are realistic yet ambitious, monitors performance, and provides actionable insights to drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management information systems for stakeholders.
• Analyse P&L performance and present findings to senior management.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new stores and assess profitability of existing locations.
• Develop and present business plans and budgets for the brand.
• Manage import payments related to purchasing activities.
• Track profitability of new‑age stores and present P&L reports to principals.
• Perform breakeven analysis for under‑performing stores and recommend corrective actions.
• Authorize and monitor expenses for trade licences, rent, and other brand‑related costs.
• Analyse stock reports and approve movements of small wares and equipment in warehouses.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports based on customized business requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior leadership.
