Manager Sales Operations & Strategy

About the role

Talabat, a leading delivery platform within the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a results‑driven Manager Sales Operations & Strategy. You will be responsible for monitoring KPI‑based performance, ensuring SOP compliance, and leading data‑driven initiatives that boost key account growth and engagement across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse sales performance against defined KPIs.
• Ensure SOP compliance and continuously optimise processes based on feedback from sales, logistics, finance and training.
• Define and lead projects that improve key‑account performance and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular business reviews to provide full visibility of account performance nationwide.
• Collaborate with regional teams to execute branding and sales campaigns.
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports to track KPI and SOP execution.
• Roll out reporting tools for the sales team to manage performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders of strategic partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics with a sales focus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex relationships.
• Proven project and programme management experience.
• Passion for sales metrics and a deep understanding of branding.
• Experience in product sales within the web‑technology sector.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
