About the role

We are looking for a strategic and analytical market research professional to lead market intelligence, consumer research, and insight‑driven initiatives that support business growth and informed decision‑making. The role will translate complex research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market research and intelligence strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct primary and secondary research across relevant markets, industries, and customer segments.
• Analyze market size, growth trends, customer behavior, demand patterns, and competitive dynamics.
• Monitor competitors’ pricing, product developments, positioning, and market activities.
• Identify emerging trends, opportunities, risks, and changes in customer expectations.
• Design and manage surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research methodologies.
• Convert research findings into meaningful business insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
• Prepare executive‑level reports, presentations, dashboards, and insight summaries.
• Support product development, market entry, expansion, positioning, and commercial strategy initiatives.
• Maintain structured databases of market information, competitor intelligence, and research findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Market Research, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of market research, competitive intelligence, consumer insights, and business analytics.
• Knowledge of primary and secondary research methodologies.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking capabilities.
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research data effectively.
