Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative, high-energy Marketing Executive to support Zayani Motors’ marketing manager in promoting world-class automotive brands across Bahrain. The role will combine digital strategy, public relations, event coordination and vendor management to boost brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update company websites and social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor KPIs and ROI, and produce regular performance reports.
• Handle social media crises and customer complaints professionally.
• Organise marketing events, exhibitions and test‑drive events for press and influencers, including venue booking and material preparation.
• Maintain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage of press releases and stories.
• Coordinate with vendors for production, printing and installation of marketing collateral.
• Liaise with creative and PR agencies and brand managers to fulfil marketing requirements.
• Prepare media plans, reports and presentations on campaign results as instructed by the Line Manager.
• Maintain departmental documentation, databases and creative asset libraries.
• Perform administrative tasks such as writing purchase orders and following up with the Accounts department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proactive team player able to work under pressure and manage crisis situations.
