About the role
Propel Consult is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join its Bahrain office. The role involves planning, executing and overseeing marketing initiatives that support business growth and enhance the company’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce marketing collateral and digital content.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing management.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, campaign planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Bahrain.
