Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the optimisation of our marketing stack, from technology selection to lead management and conversion tactics. You will own the planning and execution of email, in‑app messaging and other campaigns aimed at boosting trial and upsell conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and implement new marketing technologies.
• Lead integration of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Manage inbound leads and coordinate seamless handoff to sales.
• Design and run strategies to improve trial and upsell conversion rates.
• Create, maintain and analyse reports on e‑commerce activity.
• Execute conversion tests, measure results and iterate.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to optimise landing pages and funnels.
• Assess customer experience across channels and improve user journeys.
• Monitor emerging technologies for potential adoption.

Required profile

• BS/MS in finance, economics, mathematics, science, marketing or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in digital marketing or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of optimising landing pages and user funnels.
• Strong knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript development is preferred.
• Up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing measurement.
