Master Diagnostic Technician

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Master Diagnostic Technician to join our workshop team in Manama. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing vehicle faults, ensuring high‑quality repairs, and supporting continuous improvement of our service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all assigned diagnostic and repair work quickly, economically, and to company and manufacturer standards.
• Advise the workshop team leader on additional work required for a vehicle and seek authorization for fault rectification.
• Supervise and assist in training apprentices when requested by senior technicians or service executives.
• Maintain competence through on‑site training, supplier courses, and reading technical bulletins.
• Communicate vehicle problems to customers and ensure total involvement in the resolution process.
• Uphold the company’s professional image and quality of service when dealing with customers.
• Keep equipment, protective clothing, and work areas clean, tidy, and safe.
• Assist management in introducing new work methods to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in vehicle diagnostics or a similar automotive role.
• Diploma or relevant vocational certification/degree in a related technical field.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaboration.
• Proven problem‑solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard diagnostic software and tools.
