Medical Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Medical Marketing Specialist will work on‑site in Manama on a contract basis, developing and executing marketing strategies for Aegis Medical’s range of consumables and medical devices. The role bridges market research, campaign creation, and sales collaboration to boost product visibility and support client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop, launch and monitor marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets.
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on results.
• Engage with healthcare clients, supporting customer‑service activities and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and interpret industry data.
• Experience in sales or customer‑service environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management or related field (preferred).
• Previous exposure to medical or healthcare marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
