Mini Bar Attendant – Private Bar

About the role

The Mini Bar Attendant joins the Private Bar team at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, ensuring each guest room’s minibar is fully stocked, organized, and ready to enhance the guest experience. Reporting to the In‑Room Dining Manager, the role blends inventory management with high‑level guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Check and replenish minibars in guest rooms with a diverse selection of beverages and snacks.
• Verify item display, expiration dates, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for minibar refills and answer inquiries about offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of minibar consumption and generate daily activity reports.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders for replenishment, and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
• Report damaged or missing items to the In‑Room Dining Manager.
• Support In‑Room Dining operations, including delivering food orders to guest rooms.
• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and alcohol service regulations, holding a valid "Serving it Right" certificate.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a similar minibar or hospitality role.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
