Network & IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a technically curious and responsible Network & IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. You will help maintain and improve the IT infrastructure across our company locations in Bahrain, gaining hands‑on experience with networking, Windows systems, and hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches and other network devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows Servers, Active Directory and Domain Controllers.
• Set up, monitor and troubleshoot firewall systems.
• Support PBX/telephone and CCTV systems.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, barcode printers and other IT equipment.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting and basic repairs.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to end users.
• Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades and new projects.
• Maintain documentation, asset records and network information.
• Travel between company locations as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or related field (preferred).
• Good problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work outside normal hours when needed.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence and age below 30 years.
