Non-Motor Claims Executive – Fast Claims

About the role

The Non-Motor Claims Executive will manage end‑to‑end processing of non‑motor insurance claims, ensuring swift resolution of broker and customer queries. The role supports GIG Gulf’s commitment to high‑quality service and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Process non‑motor claims from registration to payment, covering Home, Travel, Workmen Compensation, Marine Relocation, Personal Accident, Golf, etc.
• Assess claims, make final decisions, and pursue recovery actions where possible.
• Maintain high productivity and quality in telephone and email communications with brokers, customers, and providers.
• Ensure claims are resolved within established timelines and payments are accurate and timely.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on complex or problematic claims, identifying trends for management.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and arrange/approve claim payments.

Required profile

• Experience in processing non‑motor insurance claims.
• Ability to handle broker and customer inquiries efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
• Good communication skills for telephone and email interactions.
