Occupational Therapist – LTC Healthcare Provider

About the role

Advantage Medical Staffing is partnering with a leading long‑term care (LTC) provider in Bahrain to recruit Occupational Therapists. The role focuses on delivering personalized rehabilitation services across LTC, neuro and post‑acute settings, helping patients regain independence in daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Support rehabilitation in LTC, neurological, and post‑acute environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
• Promote independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience in LTC or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• NHRA DataFlow completed or transferable (SCFHS / HAAD / DHA).
• Compliance with NHRA licensing requirements.
