About the role

The Officer Integrated Services supports seamless transaction and service experiences for Wealth and Retail Banking clients. Based in Manama, this full‑time position focuses on operational excellence, digital transformation, and risk‑aware service delivery across multiple banking segments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute transactions in strict accordance with procedures, service level agreements and regulatory standards.
• Support digital transformation initiatives to improve process efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Manage operational functions such as statement printing, dispatch, vendor invoice accruals and payment processing.
• Oversee cheque‑book issuance, vendor liaison for personalization, and debit/credit card distribution and renewal.
• Monitor end‑of‑day reports, promptly escalate exceptions and ensure operational continuity.
• Handle customer complaints across channels, including the CEMS digital platform, and resolve queries related to banking products.

Required profile

• Bahraini national with strong analytical abilities.
• Effective stakeholder communication and proactive risk‑management mindset.
• Commitment to upholding operational policies and delivering fair client outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate with managers and cross‑functional teams across Retail, Wealth, Commercial and Corporate banking.
