About the role
Fazco is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead its hospitality and food‑and‑beverage operations in Budaiya, Bahrain. The role focuses on overseeing daily restaurant and venue activities, ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day restaurant and venue operations, including staff scheduling.
- Monitor sales performance, labour costs, waste, and service speed.
- Handle guest complaints and escalations professionally.
- Support inventory management, coordinate with suppliers, and control operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or F&B operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Understanding of operational compliance and standards.
- Experience managing staff, suppliers, inventory, and cost control.
