Operations Reporting Manager

About the role

The Operations Reporting Manager will lead performance reporting and analytics for the MEA Air Network, ensuring accurate measurement of operational KPIs and supporting continuous improvement. This role transforms data into actionable insights that drive efficiency, cost reduction, and strategic decision‑making across the aviation and operations functions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from aviation stakeholders and translate them into reporting, automation and analytics solutions.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports using COGNOS and the Operations Performance Management System.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives by applying operational analytics and digital technologies, measuring benefits and reporting results.
• Extract and validate performance data from the BAR Data Warehouse for all air movements within the MEA region.
• Support aviation performance improvement projects through analytical assessment and regular reporting.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to define KPIs and identify operational improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in operational reporting and performance measurement.
• Proven ability to work closely with cross‑functional aviation and operations teams.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Experience in process assessment, redesign and benefits tracking.
