Oracle Fusion SCM / Procurement Functional Lead

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion SCM / Procurement Functional Lead to drive the design, configuration and delivery of end‑to‑end procurement processes on Oracle Fusion Cloud. The role will own the functional blueprint, oversee data migration, integration and reporting, and ensure successful cut‑over and hyper‑care for the procurement domain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery, fit‑to‑standard and TO‑BE workshops and translate approved processes into Oracle Fusion configuration.
• Design and configure Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, supplier management portal and receiving processes within the licensed scope.
• Define procurement business structures, reference data, document types, numbering, agents, category controls and supplier master governance.
• Develop requisition, sourcing, PO and receiving approval workflows aligned with Delegation of Authority and business controls.
• Coordinate supplier and procurement data migration, cleansing rules, duplicate control and validation.
• Define functional integration requirements with Financials/AP, Enterprise Contracts, CRM, IT assets and external systems.
• Specify reporting, KPI and analytics requirements and validate OTBI/BI Publisher results.
• Develop and execute functional test scenarios, support SIT/E2E, UAT and drive business acceptance.
• Support cut‑over, production validation and provide hyper‑care and knowledge transfer to users.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of Oracle SCM/Procurement consulting experience with substantial Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• At least three full‑life‑cycle Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations, including Sourcing and supplier portal.
• Strong background in P2P integration with Financials/AP and approval/DoA design.
• Experience in supplier data migration, procurement reporting, SIT/UAT and cut‑over activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems or related field; Oracle Fusion Procurement certification is a plus.
